Procedure (Copyright)
- For Artistic Work if Goods are in Manufacturing or Service Provider:
- First Trademark is to be applied for Copyright Application
- No Objection Certificate is received from Trademark Registry office with a period of 15 months, after receiving No Objection Certificate we have to apply with Form IV at Delhi Copyright Office for Final Copyright Certificate.

Copyright work registration mostly valid for a lifetime plus 60 years from the death of an original author.
